- Longer, Focused Visits: Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour, allowing our clinician to truly spend time learning what is important to you, helping you understand your disease process, and collaborating on your care plan.

- Our Clinician Comes to You: For many Central Oregonians, leaving your home to simply attend a medical appointment is a big undertaking, requiring transportation arrangements and sometimes, caregiving arrangements. We take that burden off our patient’s shoulders by coming to you.

Who is Eligible?
To receive this high-quality, dedicated service, give us a call. We serve patients from the southern end of Bend up to Madras, east to Prineville, and west to Camp Sherman and everything in between.
What is the Cost? (Membership Plan)
ClearPath In-Home Primary Care is offered as a membership plan to cover the necessary travel time.
