We are delighted to introduce Taylor Garr-Jones, FNP, as the clinician leading our new In-Home Primary Care service. Taylor is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner dedicated to bringing high-quality, patient-centered care directly to you. Taylor brings over six years of clinical experience and specialized training that perfectly aligns with our mission. Taylor graduated from Simmons University with an MSN-FNP, focusing clinical experience on geriatric, hospice, long-term care, and in-home visits (concierge medicine). With experience diagnosing and treating patients in geriatric community settings and managing chronic conditions, Taylor believes every patient should receive thorough, organized and personal attention. In her free time, Taylor loves spending time with her husband and three beautiful children. She is deeply rooted in Central Oregon, having grown up here. She enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, and helping our community and the seniors in our region.
